Mrs. Redding taught a great teamwork lesson to our 4th graders! Students practiced working together to achieve a common goal, learning how to communicate clearly and effectively. They also discovered the importance of listening to one another and taking accountability for their actions. Great teamwork in action!

Our 2nd grade DLI students had so much fun in a wonderful collaborative experience with Hammond Creek Middle School students! Together, they created alfombras inspired by traditional designs from Guatemala and muñecas quitapenas (Guatemalan worry dolls). A big thank you to Mrs. Gonzalez from Hammond Creek and the Dalton Education Foundation for making this meaningful learning opportunity possible for our students! ❤️🐾

Ms. Holmes, Mr. Veraldi. Mrs. Scoggins, and Mrs. Anderson added a little magic to third grade math time with an egg-cellent milestones review. The class participated in a Math Egg Hunt! 🥚 Students eagerly searched for hidden eggs in the courtyard, each one filled with a math problem to solve.

After shining on stage in their 5th grade musical, our Wildcats kept the music going in class! ❤️🎶🐾 This week, students wrapped up their recorder unit by learning BAG notes and getting creative, composing their own songs using Skittles as a fun, hands-on tool. After performing their compositions, they enjoyed their candy treat.
